  • Where can I edit my address?

    If you created a new account after or while ordering you can edit both addresses (for billing and shipping) in your customer account.

  • Do you accept orders via Phone or E-mail?

    No, we are an online shop and we do not take orders via phone, E-mail, or Social Media.

  • What If My Product Is Damaged During Delivery?

    If what we’ve sent has been damaged, please as soon as possible, send us photos via email of the damage to info@chaman.co.uk. We’ll then be in touch to let you know what the next steps are.

  • Do You Accept Returns?

    Our sweets are perishable goods so a complete return will not be accepted. However, we pride ourselves on quality and will honor any problems or concerns with your order. A full refund will be provided if applicable.
